1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" / "wototo" refers to the online betting and gaming services operated at https://wototo.cam and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wototo Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits awarded to a Player by wototo that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by wototo to confirm a Player's identity, age, and address.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other wagering market offered by the Platform.
• "Applicable Laws" refers to all laws, regulations, and legal requirements applicable to the Player's jurisdiction of residence.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency supported on the Platform.

2 Eligibility

2.1 To register and use the wototo Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. wototo strictly prohibits access by minors. We enforce this policy through mandatory KYC verification.
• You must be the lawful holder of the payment method(s) you use to deposit funds into your Account.
• You must not be listed on any government or regulatory exclusion list or self-exclusion register.
• You must not currently be excluded from gambling services under any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion program.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Indonesian Players: wototo welcomes players who are residents of Indonesia and are at least 21 years of age. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all Applicable Laws in their jurisdiction. Online gambling exists in a complex legal environment in Indonesia. By registering on the Platform, you represent that you have made an independent assessment of the legality of your participation in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the wototo Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.2 During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. wototo reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

3.3 KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, wototo requires all Players to complete the KYC verification process. This includes submission of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (KTP Nasional for Indonesian citizens, or a valid passport for non-citizens)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• A clear selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits

3.4 KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 1 to 24 hours. Players will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.

3.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or security codes with any third party. wototo shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.6 You must promptly notify wototo if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits: wototo accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at wototo's sole discretion.

4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and transaction processing times vary by payment method. These details are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. wototo does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction charges for which wototo bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits and has been verified under the KYC process. You may not withdraw to a third-party account or payment method not registered in your name.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 3 to 30 minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing schedule. wototo does not guarantee specific processing times as these may be affected by third-party systems, national banking hours, or technical maintenance.

4.5 wototo reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. Such checks are conducted to protect Players from fraud and unauthorized account access.

4.6 Any funds deposited in error (e.g., double deposits, deposits to a wrong account) must be reported to wototo support immediately. wototo will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovery but does not guarantee the return of funds deposited in error.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 wototo offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including bonus amount, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity period — are published on the respective promotion page and form an integral part of these Terms.

5.2 General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before the bonus amount (and, in some cases, winnings derived from bonus funds) may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be used on the game categories or sports markets specified in the applicable promotion.
• Players who create multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once will have all bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• wototo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, or systematic bonus exploitation, will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

5.3 Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount and must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. 5.4 wototo is not responsible for technical errors that result in bonuses being incorrectly credited. Any such errors must be reported to our support team immediately. Funds arising from a technical error may be reclaimed by wototo at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the wototo Platform are binding once confirmed. Players should carefully review all selections before confirming any wager. wototo does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances set out in these Terms.

6.2 Football Betting: Football markets include Asian handicap (voor bola), 1X2, Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), Both Teams to Score, and Total Goals, among others. Results are determined by the official result at the end of 90 minutes of play (including injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless explicitly included in the market description.

6.3 wototo reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances, among others:

• The event was not played, was abandoned, or was postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• The bet was placed after the event had commenced (except for clearly designated live in-play markets).
• An obvious pricing error occurred due to a technical malfunction or data feed error.
• Evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation in the relevant event.

6.4 Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are independent and random. Each game's specific rules, theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and minimum/maximum stakes are displayed within the individual game interface.

6.5 wototo does not condone, facilitate, or support the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the wototo Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Using another person's Account, identity, or payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of games or sporting events.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions through your bank or payment provider in bad faith.
• Interfering with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or injection of malicious code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wototo staff or other Players through any communication channel.

7.2 Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the wototo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of wototo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any Platform content without express written consent from wototo.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on any part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the operation of the Platform.

8.3 The wototo brand name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 The wototo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wototo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any game outcomes, odds, or bet confirmations resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data feed suppliers.

9.3 In all circumstances, wototo's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 wototo is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

10.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes data submitted during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and your betting and gaming activity on the Platform.

10.3 wototo implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions to and from the Platform. Your financial data is never stored on our servers in plain text; all sensitive information is tokenized and encrypted at rest.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 wototo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognize that gambling can be addictive and that some individuals are vulnerable to developing problem gambling behaviors. We actively support measures to minimize gambling-related harm.

11.2 Tools Available to Players: All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders or hard cutoffs after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications displaying your session duration and net betting activity.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 wototo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal use of the Platform.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your bank or payment provider.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of registration or ongoing use.
• A Player's self-exclusion request taking effect.

12.2 In cases where an Account is suspended pending an investigation, wototo will retain any Account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

12.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance in your Account at the time of closure (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wototo holds its international operating license. This is an international offshore platform; the laws of any particular territory, including Indonesia, do not exclusively govern these Terms.

13.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a Player and wototo, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact wototo's customer support team at [email protected] and provide full details of the dispute. Our team will endeavor to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally, the Player may escalate the matter in writing to our Compliance Department. A formal written response will be provided within 14 business days.
3. Final Determination: If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body as designated by wototo at the time of the dispute.

13.3 Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 wototo reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address registered on their Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
